General Description :
JM-POBI1 is a sealant for kinds of walls. It has excellent water resistance, durability and has good adhesion with various kinds of substrates (cement, wood, stone, gypsum board). After coating on the walls, it could form a transparent film to protect the walls from water seepage. It is a single-liquid type and easy for process.Non-Toxic and Environmentally-Friendly.

Recommended Application Process :
1.Method :
(a) Spraying: Spray gun, nozzle diameter 0.3mm~1mm, air pressure 0.5kg~1kg under room temperature 10~40℃
(b) Brush coating: Apply under room temperature 10~40℃
2.Process:
(a)Ensure a thorough cleaning of the substrate surface.
(b)Dilute with RO water by factor of 1~4.
(c)No. of coats : 1~4 layers according to requirements.
(d)Ripening : Room temperature 24 hours.
(e)Rinse equipment with water after application.

Storage
Please store under room temperature 25℃, humidity>45% with good ventilation and avoid exposure to direct sunshine. Keep container sealed after opening.
Shelf-life : 6 months from date of manufacture.
Safety & Notice
1. In order to ensure product reliability, please apply under clean environment.
2. Keep containers sealed after opening and store under recommended environment.
3. Minimum Storage temperature = 5℃.
4. Ensure good ventilation.
5. Please refer to Material Safety Data Sheet for more details.
