Paterning processPatterning Process: Dip /Spin/spray coating.
Recommended: Spray Coating(Upon test result is tested by Spray coating glass).

  • Surface drying and curing conditions
  • 25 ~ 500 ℃ circulating heat is continuing 1 to 2 minutes to drying surface. Without heat, drying surface in 30~60 minutes.
  • Remark : 1. The test parameters are for your reference, the actual physical properties and conditions                        are accordance with your applied material test conditions.
         2. Coating before the glass-reinforced also available.            


  • Structuring Process
Surface cleaning→ Coating→ Heating→Finished surface coating.
Remark: The structuring process may change to fit different product.

Pack: 20kg, 200kg /Barrel .


  • Apply Material
Apply Material :Glass、TAC、PET、PVC、PMMA、PC、PS、ABS、FRP、Alloys, ceramics、wood.


  • Preservation conditions
  • Storage temperature 25℃ or refrigerated temperature >5℃ .
  • Storage humility: >45%.

  • Others
  • It should be processed in a dust-free environment to ensure coating quality.
  • Jiggle uniform and filtrate by filter equipment before used.
